The Court of Appeal reverses the jurisdictional and dispositional findings and orders relating to father. Even though mother did not appeal, father’s challenges to the jurisdictional allegations are not moot as they formed the basis for the dispositional orders. The matter is remanded to the juvenile court with directions to dismiss the petition as to father. The court finds the juvenile court complied with the ICWA.
