Alexander (2023) 91 Cal.App.5th 469, the Court of Appeal rejects defendant’s argument that the state law prohibiting felons from possession ammunition (PC 30305(a)(1)) is facially invalid under the Second Amendment and New York State Rifle & Pistol Assn., Inc. v. Bruen (2022) 142 S.Ct. 2111.
