E-Filing Launch Delayed to June 2, 2014, for Criminal and Juvenile Appeals

The Court of Appeal has announced that the launch of the new efiling system is delayed for criminal and juvenile cases. Instead of starting on April 14, the new efiling system (TrueFiling) will not expand to criminal and juvenile cases until June 2, 2014.
Panel attorneys should follow the following In the interim period:
(1) Register for TrueFiling: If you haven't already, be sure to register for the new efiling system here: https://www.truefiling.com/

There is no fee to register, but you will need a valid card number on file with TrueFiling before you can electronically file on June 2. The electronic-filing fees will be reimbursable on your claim.

(2) Through June 1, continue to file in the Court of Appeal as you have since last Spring under the current efiling/esubmisson system here .
FDAP was only able to begin testing the new system last week. As we gain more experience while testing, we will be providing more information by email and on our website.
