E-Filing, E-Submission & E-Service to Start on May 1, 2013 in the First District

Effective May 1, 2013, and pursuant to a General Order of the Court of Appeal, FDAP panel attorneys will be required to e-file or e-submit a copy of every document filed in the First Appellate District. FDAP has produced two documents with helpful information that will ease the transition. We have also created an E-Filing, E-Submission and E-Service area of our website where you can find those two documents and other helpful information. Panel attorneys should frequently refer back to the FDAP e-filng page to check for updates on rules and procedures.
