SDAP Spring Appellate Seminar Set for Friday, May 6, 2011
On May 6, 2011, the Sixth District Appellate Program will be holding a training seminar at the Milton Marks Conference Center in the State Building at 350 McAllister in San Francisco. The program, which offers four hours of MCLE credit, includes presentations on habeas corpus claims, sentencing credits, expert testimony, ethical constraints on appellate advocacy, juror misconduct, and common pitfalls in appellate advocacy. The Honorable Conrad L. Rushing, Presiding Justice of the Sixth Appellate District, will lecture on standards of appellate review.
