New/Updated Materials Highlighted

Two new substantive criminal law outlines are now available in the FDAP article database:

• California Homicide Law in the New Millennium covers noteworthy homicide decisions of the last decade, covering a full range of homicide offenses, from first degree murder to involuntary manslaughter.
  
  
• California Criminal Street Gang Offenses and Enhancements (Sept. 2010 update) updates materials presented at last FDAP's annual seminar in January 2010.
