Presiding Justice Anthony Kline To Address CADC Bay Area Chapter on January 12, 2009 At the January 12, 2009, meeting of the Bay Area CADC chapter the speaker will be Presiding Justice Anthony Kline of the First District Court of Appeal, Division Two. Justice Kline will discuss his "Quarter Century on the Court of Appeal: Observations on the Devolution of the Criminal Appellate Court System." There will also be an opportunity to ask questions. Date: Monday, January 12, 2009 Time: Social hour from 5 to 6 pm in the cocktail lounge, presentation from 6 to 7 Cost: free to members, $10 for non-members. |
