PAYMENT OF CLAIMS

The AOC has been able to pay compensation claims submitted after July 1st where: (1) if it is an interim claim, the AOB was filed June 30th or earlier; (2) if it is a final claim, the opinion was filed June 30th or earlier. However, the AOC has informed the projects that it may soon run out of funds to pay such claims. FDAP is processing such claims as rapidly as possible, to get them to the AOC as soon as we can. We will let you know if/when we hear anything further from the AOC.
