Projects Support Payment During Budget Impasse and Raise for Panel Attorneys

I want to again thank and praise you for your diligent work on behalf of your clients, under increasingly trying fiscal conditions. As many of you are aware, the projects have gone on record as supporting a raise for panel attorneys, a favorable increase in some guideline amounts for work done, and legislation to eliminate the no-pay period during budget impasses. All of these have been supported at least in part by AIDOAC and/or the APJ's, and we, of course, regret that the budget crisis has delayed these well-deserved increases for panel attorneys. The projects will continue to support such items until they become reality.
