Asthebriefsonappealhavepointedout,petitionerdoesnothaveaserious  criminalrecord.Infact,nothinginhispastorinhispsychiatrichistorywouldbarhim  fromgettingthroughadolescencewithoutundueemotionalscarring.Furthermore,heis   academicallycompetent.(SeeProbationReportfor2/25/03,p.3,atCT249intherecord   onappeal.)Nothingwouldbarhimfromattaininganormaladulthood,andfrom   becomingaselfsupportingman.Themajorobstacletosuchsuccess,itnowappears,is   onecreatedbyCYAitself.Petitionerwillbedischargedfromtheinstitution,attheage  ofeighteenornineteen,withatenthgradeeducation.Atanagewhenhispeersare  beginningcollegeandcontemplatingcareers,hewillbeajuniorinhighschool!twoor  threeyearsolderthanalltheotherjuniors.
