Before using The CCAP Web site for the first time, you will need to create a user log-on profile on the CCAP website. You can create your user log-on profile by going to the CCAP home page and selecting the "Click here to register at CCAP" button. Once you have successfully created a user profile, you will be automatically logged-on to the CCAP Web site the next time.
