FDAP's 2017 annual training seminar will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017, in the conference center at the Courthouse in San Francisco.

The seminar will provide approximately 5.5 hours of MCLE credit. We will also provide a continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. The registration fee is $65.

Topics will include:

  • recent legal developments,
  • homicide law,
  • the exclusionary rule,
  • expert testimony after People v. Sanchez,
  • dependency law, and more.

Criminal and appellate specialization credit will be available. Exact times and a complete syllabus will be posted soon.

The seminar materials will be available in electronic format only this year. The electronic materials will be made available for free downloading no less than one week prior to the seminar, which should allow time for printing if you wish to bring them to the seminar in print format. (There is no CD; you will receive an email with a link when the materials are ready to download.)

We look forward to seeing you on February 10.

Online pre-registration is now closed. Walk-in registration on the morning of the training will be available, space permitting.
